Home for the Holidays

This holiday season I went up to Portland to see my family and friends in good old "puddletown", Oregon. I moved to California when I was six but would go back to Portland every summer and stay with my Grandparents in Lake Oswego, so the place still feels like home. This trip my sister and I had an idea to make a Christmas Show with all the little cousins...this is was our attempt at show practice. Technology was way more fascinating I suppose. Combine that with the 45 sugar cookies ingested, this is what you get:

I have been on the move these past couple of months. Life has been full of changes and new experiences that are continuing to open my mind. The more I see the more I understand how much I do not know. That both excites and overwhelms me and I love it.

A couple of months ago my mother and I had the opportunity to be shown Vail, Colorado by the architect that was a huge part of the creation of the place. This experience was unforgettable seeing the structures and details from the eyes of the man who created it. Here are a few of my favorites from the trip.
